Meet Phyllis Slightom

Phyllis Slightom, CPA, MBA, owner of Phyllis Slightom CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Because she has worked not only in public accounting for a number of years but has also held positions as a CFO and Controller for small businesses, she has a unique perspective. She knows what it is like to sit "on the other side of the desk." She knows the demands and challenges of the business owner and manager in addition to those of the CPA. She brings this insight and experience into every consultation.

Phyllis graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University where she also obtained an MBA.
